Shipping & Delivery

We offer both domestic and international shipping on all products excluding furniture and heavier homeware. Blackbird Collection is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs processes.

Returns & Exchanges

Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer store credit for in-store purchases returned after 3 days. Tags must remain attached. Online purchases require a request to return within 7 days for a full refund. All furniture is final sale. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the original condition.
