This season I wanted to move through it with intention, seeing designers I love, stepping into their worlds, and carrying a little of that energy back to Blackbird. With our focus on sustainable fashion, it was important to me to spend time with brands that value sustainability and quiet luxury, such as BEVZA, Taller Marmo, and Paola Sighinolfi.

Minimalist Silhouettes and Modern Femininity
The BEVZA SS26 presentation at New York Fashion Week felt like stepping into a temple of bright white. The collection featured Spring/Summer fashion trends like crisp blouses, fluid skirts, and tailoring so sharp it could cut through the noise of the city. The room was quiet, but the clothes spoke loudly in their restraint.
Fashion is a visual art form… and it’s one of the many reasons I love the fashion industry. It’s not just what you wear, it’s how it makes you feel - calm, grounded, yet powerful. It’s how we express our souls and who we are…. on the outside.
There was something serene about the setting at BEVZA, punctuated only by the sharp glint of sculptural cuffs and bold collars. I found myself pausing to linger on the quiet luxury and strength of each look.

Our selects designed by Paola Sighinolfi, arriving to the shop this upcoming Fall. At Paola Sighinolfi’s jewelry felt alive. Jewelry trends like oversized hoops, textured cuffs, bracelets that looked more like sculptures than accessories - each piece designed to be both bold and timeless.
They feel like wearable art.
